Our mission is to provide quality dishes, enhancing our customers' dining experience.

We aim to source the best ingredients possible, such as tomatoes, capsicums and other vegetables,which are brought to our cafe straight off the farm vines of Virginia (north of Adelaide).

When we do go through suppliers, we support as many local businesses as possible. Our qualified chef, with overseas experience, then brings it all together with an upmarket flair to cafe style eating.

We use only organic and Rainforest Alliance Certified coffee. This guarantees that our coffee helps to ensure forest ecosystems worldwide are protected from over-exploitation, while protecting the rights and welfare of coffee growing communities.
